Successful author and musician Edward Kelsey Moore will be visiting Creston Friday, April 28, and will be giving a free presentation at 6:30 pm.
An accomplished cellist, his first book, The Supremes at Earl's All-You-Can-Eat, is going to be followed by The Supremes Sing the Happy Heartache Blues this June.
His short story “Grandma and the Elusive Fifth Crucifix” was selected as an audience favorite on National Public Radio's Stories on Stage series, and has been shared with our language arts teachers. Some students will have a chance to hear him during the school day.
Mr. Moore is a native Hoosier and graduate of the IU School of Music. His appearance is courtesy of the Indiana Humanities Council.
No reservations are required, but you can read more on this eventbrite page.
