The Twenty-first Century Scholars Program began in 1990 as Indiana's way of raising the educational aspirations of low- and moderate-income families. The program aims to ensure that all Indiana families can afford a college education for their children.  Income-eligible 6th, 7th and 8th graders who enroll in the program and fulfill a pledge of good citizenship to the state are guaranteed the cost of four years of undergraduate college tuition at any participating public college or university in Indiana.

Important Information Regarding Paying Textbook Payments Online

You may now make textbook payments online through the Parent Portal

Attention parents and guardians…On February 28, 2012, all unpaid textbook accounts have been sent to Statewide Credit Association, Inc.   As of 2/28/2012, no one is to pay for your textbook rental through the parent portal.  All payments must be made at your school or our administration building at 975 North Post Road.  If you have not paid your entire textbook invoice, you will soon receive a bill from Statewide Credit Association.  If you pay your bill prior to phase 2, (4/27/2012), your credit score will not be affected.  However, if you do not pay your entire bill by 4/27/2012, your account will go into phase 2.  Beginning 4/27/2012, you will not be allowed to pay your textbook payment at your child(ren)'s school, rather you will need to pay your invoice with Statewide Credit Association.  Please call 317-869-4596 if you have any questions.
